POINT 1.-

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Transport costs will be charged to your order to complete it, as it depends on the order amount, destination and method of delivery or collection will be worth.
 
PENINSULA FOR SPAIN:
If the order is above € 60.00, costs are sent free.
If it is lower to 60.00 € Shipping Cost = € 7.00
Store Pickup Shipping costs are free
 
PORTUGAL:
Order to 150,00 € Shipping Cost = € 8.47
From 150,00 free delivery
 
Balearic:
Order to 100.00 € Shipping Cost = € 10.89
Order up to 200,00 € 100.01 € Shipping Cost = € 12.10
From 200,00 free delivery
 
CARARIAS, Ceuta and Melilla:
Will be charged at the checkout
 
REST OF EUROPE:
Will be charged at the end of the order, depending on the amount of the order and the destination country.

SHIPPING TIME:
 
TECHNICAL DATA ON EACH PRODUCT INDICATES THE DATE OF DELIVERY

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: It has no guaranteed delivery date, would be approximately about 30 days, but there may be delays because they are products that bear a special and expensive work more and are made on request.

If the customer does not pick up within 10 days from the date of shipment and the freight, return the package we have two options:

ITEM 4.
 
Baseprice:

All prices are net including transportation.
Rossella decoration, is responsible for all taxes, both the product and the moving if you take, for all countries of the European Community except Canary Islands and customs areas.
For countries outside the European Community and the Canary Islands, prices are net and customers should bear the tariff costs, and taxes of the destination country, if you take them both of the products transporting.

POINT 5.-

CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL:
The consumer shall have a period of seven working days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In this case the consumer Rossella decoration charged the amount of the shipping, returns and handling, depending on these, sent volume and area (approximate cost peninsula 21.00)
THE PRODUCT MUST BE WITHOUT OPENING AND NOT TO HAVE TAKEN ITS ORIGINAL EMBASE.
WHEN RETURNING ANY PRODUCT ORDER, would cancel PROMOTIONS AND GIFTS, HAS TO BE THESE ALSO WITHOUT OPENING AND WITHOUT GETTING YOUR ORIGINAL EMBASE.
ALL PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ORIGINAL NOT BE ADMITTED EMBASE, FOR YOUR RETURN.
SPECIAL CLOTHING, MODIFIED OR CUSTOM MADE, CAN NOT BE RETURNED, BUT FOR A MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THIS CASE BY THE SAME TURN CHANGE IN CONDITIONS.

POINT 6.-

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
 
In case of manufacturing defect, we will proceed to replace the product if it does not exist and the product will repair, price reduction or termination of the contract, free consumer efforts,
IN THIS CASE THE CONSUMER WILL HAVE WITHIN 24 HOURS TO KNOW OURSELVES THAT THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE AND WILL BE RETURNED WITH ALL YOUR EMBASE, PHOTOS, AND ALL THAT LABELS TAKE SUCH PRODUCT, IF YOU ARE MISSING SOMETHING, WILL NOT ADMITTED FOR YOUR RETURN.
ONCE THE PRODUCT IN OUR POWER, OUR TECHNICAL TEAM, ISPECCIONARA PRODUCT TO KNOW IF THE DEFECT IS MAKING OR HANDLING.
DEFAULT WOULD BE IF THE HANDLING, ROSSELLA DECORATION WOULD EXEMPT FROM LIABILITY, RUNNING WELL WITH ALL COSTS THE CONSUMER.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
 
The warranty for all our products, is that at the time the claim is in effect by law, taking charge of this, Rossella decor.
